How do I use my voucher?
Once you have placed a successful order you will receive an email containing your unique Explorify voucher with details of how to book. This usually involves phoning or emailing the deal provider directly to arrange your booking. You can also access your vouchers at anytime by logging into your account.
Top tip: We recommend that you book as soon as possible to make sure that you can use your voucher on your preferred dates. Also, don’t forget to use your voucher before the expiry date too!
When will I receive my order confirmation?
Once you have paid for your order you should receive confirmation by email within 1 hour, unless otherwise stated during the checkout. Once purchased you can also view all of your vouchers, tickets and receipts at anytime by logging into Your Account.

Are there any restrictions on vouchers?
Yes, all Explorify vouchers have an expiry date and vouchers must be used before this date. Some vouchers also have time or location restrictions too. These are clearly stated before you buy a voucher and are displayed on the voucher itself. It is important that you contact the participating business as soon as possible to make a reservation. Some vouchers may also have specific restrictions for insurance or legal reasons such as age, weight or height restrictions. Please make sure you check these before purchasing a voucher as we are unable to offer a refund if you purchase a voucher but its restrictions render it unsuitable.
My voucher has expired. Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately not. Expiry dates, restrictions and validity periods are clearly stated on the vouchers and they must be used before the voucher expires.
Can I return a voucher?
If you’ve changed your mind about a voucher and haven’t used it or made a booking, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of your purchase and we’ll be happy to refund the cost of your voucher in full. Refunds are made to the same account as was used to purchase the voucher. Please make sure to contact us from your registered email address, quoting your name and voucher code. Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds beyond this 14 day period.
I can't login
If you’ve forgotten your password, you can easily set a new one at any time. Just click the ‘Forgotten your password?’ link when signing in. If you are still having troubles please email email@example.com including your full name and email address.
I've lost my voucher.
Even if you don’t have your voucher or order email handy, you can log into your Explorify account and view your orders at any time.
